Background Information:
This contract provides digital marketing services for the Convention and Visitors Bureau. Services provided include website development, management, accessibility, maintenance, hosting, reporting, and e-mail strategy and deployment. This is a reduced scope of services as many of the digital marketing activities previously performed by Miles, including search engine marketing, media planning and placement, social media, Co-op advertising, and video production have been shifted to Envisionit, our Advertising Agency of record. Due to this realignment, the cost of this Agreement has decreased from $6,500,000 annually to $2,000,000.
This agreement was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January 11, 2022, in the amount of $32,500,000.00.
