Summary:
This resolution realigns $200,000 within the AQTF Fund to support the division’s goal of protecting and improving the quality of our air for the residents and visitors of Pinellas County.
Background Information:
This resolution is in keeping with the desire to use non-General Fund revenues to fund operations when allowed. This fund has budgeted reserves of more than 57% of revenue in FY17, well above the goal of 20%. This amendment is not consistent with the current year estimate provided during the FY18 budget development process.
Fiscal Impact:
This resolution will transfer $200,000 from the AQTF Fund Reserves Program to the Air Quality Program within Parks & Conservation Resources - Air Quality Division as outlined in the attached Budget Resolution.
