The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 725 Seneca Street, in unincorporated, Clearwater (the “Property”).
On August 12, 2024, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved against Truc Nguyen and Tammy Phan, as a result of numerous code violations, including minimum housing, trash and debris, and zoning violations. On October 29, 2024, a Special Magistrate lien was filed based on the administrative fines assessed. To date, compliance has not been achieved. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist. The property to be foreclosed upon is an unoccupied, non-homestead residential property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
