Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 20-07, a proposal by the City of Largo to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Recreation/Open Space to Employment, regarding 5.62 acres more or less, located at Highland Avenue South East, approximately 400 feet south of East Bay Drive.
• The subject property is currently vacant and is proposed for the development of a three-story self-storage facility with enclosed/covered boat/RV/vehicle storage.
• A Development Agreement is on file limiting the use to a self-storage facility with an accessory office.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.
