Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the first amendment to acknowledge a corporate acquisition and name change as requested by Everon LLC.

 

                     This contract provides security card access system and CCTV security camera system maintenance, installation, and repairs for the eighteen Utilities and Solid Waste Department sites on an as-needed basis.

                     The First Amendment acknowledges a corporate acquisition and name change to Everon LLC.

                     This contract was originally approved by the Board of County Commissioners on July 16, 2024, in the amount of $1,380,750.00.

                     There is no fiscal impact associated with this first amendment.

 

Contract No. 24-0046-RFP in the current total expenditure not-to-exceed $1,380,750.00, effective August 22, 2024, through August 21, 2029.

The First Amendment acknowledges a corporate acquisition and name change to Everon LLC.

 

Background/Explanation:

This contract was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on July 16, 2024, in the amount of $1,380,750.00.

This contract provides for installation, upgrades and repairs to current and new security card access system and closed-circuit television (“CCTV”) security camera systems on an as needed basis. The Utilities Department initiated this contract; however, services may be applied enterprise wide.

 

Fiscal Impact:

There is no fiscal impact associated with this amendment.

 

Total expenditure not-to-exceed: $1,380,750.00.

 

Delegated Authority:

Authority for the County Administrator to sign the first amendment is granted under Code Section 2-62(a)(2).
