The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 6003 137th Avenue North, in unincorporated Clearwater (“Property”).
In 2015, a Special Magistrate lien was imposed upon, Patsy Piechocki, as a result of numerous code violations, including minimum housing, zoning, and trash and debris. In July 2015, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved. To date, compliance has not been achieved. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist. The property to be foreclosed upon is an unoccupied, non-homestead residential property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
