Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the term extension with Site One Landscape Supply, LLC to provide Herbicides, Aquatic Herbicides and Adjuvants.
• This contract supplies herbicide, aquatic herbicide and adjuvant products that provide for the maintenance and control of vegetation and pests through chemical applications on an as needed basis.
• This First Amendment exercises a twelve (12) month term extension with Site One Landscape Supply, LLC in the amount of $291,281.08 for a revised contract not-to-exceed amount of $582,562.16. Prices are not increasing.
• The County Administrator has authority to approve term extensions at the same pricing, terms, and conditions, per Code Section 2-188(D), that were approved as part of the initial award by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC).
• Per the original BCC approved contract, this amendment exercises the first of four (4) twelve-month term extensions.
• On March 28, 2023, the BCC approved the twelve (12) month agreement with Site One Landscape Supply, LLC in the amount of $291,281.08.
• Funding for this agreement is included in the FY24 Adopted Budget of Public Works in the General Fund.
Contract No. 22-0657-B exercising twelve (12) month term extension at the same pricing, terms, and conditions for a revised contract not-to-exceed amount of $582,562.16, effective through March 27, 2025.
