Summary:

Summary

The Charter Review Commission (CRC) has recommended seven (7) proposed amendments to the Pinellas County Charter for approval by the electors of Pinellas County during the November 5, 2024, General Election.  A full discussion of the CRC process and its analysis of the proposed changes are contained in the Report to Citizens.  This report has already been submitted to each Commissioner for consideration, but included with this item is the portion that contains these recommendations.  According to the terms of the Charter, the Board is required to place Charter Review Commission proposals on the ballot.
