• This contract provides airport access control and video management services for the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE).
• After extending the solicitation for one week and sending reminder emails to vendors that attended the mandatory site visit, one responsive bid was received with three “No Bid” responses due to extensive requirements.
• AGE Integrated Solutions LLC is the incumbent vendor and is recommended for award.
• This request is budgeted for in the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Budget of PIE in the Airport Revenue and Operating Fund. In the event that future fiscal year funding is not available for this agreement, the County maintains the authority to terminate this agreement.
Contract No. 26-0395-ITB, total 36-month not-to-exceed amount $749,646.36 through September 30, 2029, with an annual estimated expenditure of $249,882.12.

Summary:
The purpose of this competitive process is to retain the access control and video management services at our St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). These services help keep constituents and visitors safe.
Background/Explanation:
On April 10, 2026, the Purchasing Division released an invitation to bid on behalf of the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. Award recommendation to AGE Integrated Solutions for airport access control and video management as the only responsive and responsible bid received. Final contract signed by vendor on July 7, 2026.
Term of agreement is 36-months with two additional 24-month optional term extensions if agreed to by the parties. Each term extension, if exercised, will allow for a price adjustment (decrease/increase) in an amount not to exceed the average of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) or 5%, whichever is less.

Estimated annual not-to-exceed expenditure: $249,882.12
Total 36-month expenditure not-to-exceed amount: $749,646.36
