Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the temporary alcohol waiver for Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation for Bay Area Concierge Association Holiday Party at Florida Botanical Gardens.
• The wine will be provided by the Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation. The wine will be given to attendees at no charge during the hours of 6-8:45p.m. We will request enough wine to serve approximately 40 people.
• The wine, in bottles, will be kept iced in coolers and poured into plastic cups for
consumption.
• The wine will be poured and served by volunteers, of legal drinking age, under the direction of the Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation. Anyone who even appears to be under the age of 21 will be required to show legal identification. No one will be served without proper ID proving their age to be 21 or older.
• Wine will not be provided until 6:00 p.m. There will be no access to any remaining wine after 8:45 p.m. Unused wine and cups will be returned to the Florida Botanical Gardens Foundation.
• We will only serve the wine in the Butterfly Landing (outdoor classroom) in the Majeed Discovery Garden. We will limit the consumption of wine to the adjacent Florida Friendly Garden and Roots-N- Shoots pavilion.
