Summary:
Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Tempest, Inc. to facilitate the CRM migration to Tempest/iDSS platform.
Background/Explanation:
Tempest, Inc. offers a fully developed, modern CRM that better aligns with CVB’s operational needs. It supports multi-module DMO workflows and provides superior forecasting, reporting, and partner management tools. Staff feedback during platform demonstrations has been highly positive, and multiple teams have expressed readiness to transition to Tempest/iDSS as the next-generation CRM solution.
To move forward with the migration process, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be executed so Tempest can begin securely sharing system architecture details, data mapping requirements, and migration documentation.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no cost associated with the NDA.
Delegated Authority:
Authority for the County Administrator to sign this NDA is granted under Code Section 2-62 (a)(1).
