• Phase 1 Award was approved by the Purchasing Director on June 6, 2025, in the amount of $46,695.00 for design services and GMP development.
• Phase 1 design services are complete, and Phase 2 GMP construction services have been established at $172,750.00, including a $20,000.00 contingency.
• This amendment increases the original contract amount by $172,750.00 for Phase 2 construction for a revised contract total of $219,445.00 for both Phases 1 and 2.
• Phase 2 duration is approximately 150 days.
• Austin Construction Group, Inc. is 100% certified Small Business Enterprise.
• Funding for this amendment is available under Bridgeway Acres Renewal and Replacement project 000752A, included in the FY26-FY31 Capital Improvement Plan, funded by the Solid Waste Renewal and Replacement Fund in the amount of $550,000.00.
