Summary:
BTS is continuing its Intergovernmental Services Agreement with TBRPC. The agreement is reviewed and renewed annually. It outlines the scope of IT services, service levels, and associated costs. The agreement includes provisions for additional services upon mutual agreement.
Background/Explanation:
On March 20, 2024, the County Administrator executed the initial agreement 24-0266D that formalized BTS’s role as the exclusive IT service provider for TBRPC, leveraging existing County resources. The FY26 agreement includes a full-service year beginning October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. The agreement includes detailed exhibits outlining service specifications (Exhibit A), service levels (Exhibit B), and the payment schedule (Exhibit C). Additional services may be requested and billed separately based on BTS labor rates.
Fiscal Impact:
The agreement will result in a revenue stream of $29,970.43 for FY26 into the BTS fund. This amount includes:
• $5,093.19 for Network Services & Software Licensing
• $3,680.00 for Server Services
• $20,893.97 for Recurring Labor
• $303.27 for Management & Administrative Services
These revenues are accounted for in the BTS FY26 Budget Request and offset the cost of services provided.
