Summary:
A Release of Lien, a Bankruptcy Administrative Release or payment of unpaid County Utility fees that have been filed against real property. The Release is filed and recorded by the Clerk of Court.
Background/Explanation:
In accordance with County Code, Section 126-2, Utilities file a Release of Lien on real property for unpaid fees for potable water, sanitary sewer and reclaimed water that have been in default for 30 days or more and in the amount of $100.00 or greater.
