Approval and execution by the Director of Economic Development of the Primary County Partner Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Pinellas County Economic Development (PCED) and the Florida Department of Commerce and SelectFlorida (Agencies).
- The MOU designates PCED as the Agencies’ primary economic development partner for the Pinellas County region.
- The MOU also sets forth PCED’s and the Agencies’ terms of collaboration.
- The MOU will remain in effect until terminated by one of the parties.

FloridaCommerce combines the state’s economic, workforce, and community development efforts, expediting economic development projects to fuel job creation in communities and promote economic resiliency. SelectFlorida is a direct support organization under the oversight of FloridaCommerce and serves as the State of Florida’s official international commerce organization.
