Summary:
The scope of work allows for an unlimited number of users from Pinellas County Safety and Emergency Services to access and utilize Peregrine. The platform performs several critical functions including data integration, search and information retrieval, advanced analytics, data management, reporting, data exchange and sharing, access control, audit logging, and security.
Background/Explanation:
This software is analytics that combines data from multiple applications for detailed analysis and long-term storage. The initial integration will house CoreCAD, Zoll Rescuenet, and ImageTrend data. Looking forward, there is planned connectivity to the new CAD solution. Currently, PRIME has a contract that encompasses all of law enforcement agencies within Pinellas County. In addition, there are several hundred reports that are required for the ambulance contract to validate they are meeting performance requirements contained in the ambulance contract. Without this software connected to the CAD, those reports will require many man hours of development, which will drastically limit the effectiveness of the SES staff to complete their primary tasks.
This is a direct acquisition agreement due to the relationship with PRIME and Hexagon OnCall.
