• Purchase of the temporary wall display was previously approved by the Director of Administrative Services.

• SwiftWall will not agree to remove indemnification provisions.
• County Attorney has reviewed to ensure the proposal meets the indemnification waiver criteria set forth in paragraph three of Resolution No. 06-70.

Summary:
The Proposal with SwiftWall will allow the Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) to complete the creation of an interactive display consisting of temporary walls. This display will be used at various activations year round to engage attendees and showcase the destination.
Background/Explanation:
This purchase meets the indemnification waiver criteria set forth in paragraph three of Resolution No. 06-70.
On April 3, 2025, the Director of Administrative Services approved the purchase of temporary wall display from Swiftwall, including indemnification provisions.
In order to configure the display in a specific manner, the CVB Director approved the purchase of an additional component on April 21, 2025. This wall display will provide an interactive element that will engage attendees and showcase the destination year round at various events.
Fiscal Impact:
Total Cost: $717.06
Funding to support the Proposal is provided through the CVB’s Annual Operating Budget. The source of funding is the Tourist Development Tax Fund.

Authority for the Department Director to sign this Proposal was delegated by the County Administrator under Resolution No. 06-70.
