Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the agreement with Inner Circle Sports LLC for consulting services.
• This agreement provides the County with advisory and negotiation expertise related to the development of Major League Baseball spring training and the Philadelphia Phillies.
• Funding for this agreement is budgeted in the Capital Funding Program of the Tourist Development Tax Fund.
Contract No. 25-0729-A in the amount of $200,000.00, effective for 12 months from the execution date of the agreement.
