Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment Term Extension with AGE Integrated Solutions, LLC for the maintenance and repair of access control and video systems for the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport.
• This contract provides annual maintenance and repair of access control and video systems for the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (Airport).
• This Second Amendment Term Extension exercises the final of the two twelve-month extensions and increases the contract by $200,000.00 for continued services.
• The First Amendment was awarded by the County Administrator on March 11, 2024, in the amount $157,500.00, and the original award was approved by the County Administrator on July 18, 2023, in the amount of $231,178.66.
• Funding for this amendment is included in the FY25 Adopted Budget and in the FY26 requested budget in the Airport Revenue and Operating Fund.
Contract No. 23-0369-ITB increase the contract amount by $200,000.00 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $588,678.66, effective through July 18, 2026.
