Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with Yellowstone Landscape - Southeast, LLC d/b/a Yellowstone Landscape (Yellowstone Landscape) for mowing services.
• Contract provides mowing services for Construction and Property Management.
• The Fourth Amendment:
o Extends the contract until June 22, 2025, to coincide with the expiration of contract No. 189-0354-B Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Services allowing the contracts to be combined into a single replacement contract solicitation.
o Increases the contract by $98,032.08 to fund the extension resulting in a revised contract amount of $902,146.38.
• Estimated annual expenditure is $159,202.30.
• Contract awarded by the County Administrator on October 2, 2019, in the amount of $751,311.80. Change Order No. 1 approved by the County Administrator on March 12, 2020, adding $20,640.00; First Amendment approved by the County Administrator on June 15, 2020, adding $25,000.00; Second Amendment approved by the County Administrator on September 27, 2021, adding two locations, and increasing funds $37,065.84; Third Amendment approved by the County Administrator on October 18, 2023, removing two locations, and decreasing the contract $29,903.34.
• Funding for this agreement is included in the FY25 Operating Budget for Construction and Property Management in the General Fund.
Contract No. 189-0363-B extension until June 22, 2025, and increase in the amount of $98,032.08 for a revised total amount of $902,146.38.

Summary:
The Fourth Amendment extends the contract until June 22, 2025, to coincide with the expiration of contract No. 189-0354-B Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Services allowing these contracts to be combined into a single replacement contract solicitation
Background/Explanation:
This contract provides mowing and landscaping services at County Facility and Real Property sites. Locations such as the Sheriff/Emergency Management building have occasional special events and ceremonies requiring additional mowing and/or landscape maintenance services outside the regular scheduled cycles.
Fiscal Impact:
Approved contract not-to-exceed: $804,114.30
Increase contract not-to-exceed: $ 98,032.08
Revised contract not-to-exceed: $902,146.38
Estimated annual expenditure: $159,202.30
Funding for this agreement is included in the FY25 Operating Budget for Construction and Property Management in the General Fund.
