• This agreement provides emergency shelter staff, shelter staff manager, special needs nursing staff, and animal services shelter staff.
• Amendment needed for Increase to the total contract expenditure in the amount of $4,000,000.00 for a new total not to exceed amount of $5,518,000.00.
• Funding for this contract has been made available from General Fund reserves for Hurricane Milton response. A portion of the costs incurred will likely be offset with reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the State of Florida.
