Background/Explanation:
Raymond Neri Park first opened in 2005 and sits on 38 acres of Joe’s Creek Greenway Park. In 2018, the County started working with residents of Lealman on ways to enhance the Park. As a result of these meetings, it was concluded the improvements will include the addition of playgrounds, fitness spaces, restrooms, picnic areas, a dog park, as well as improvements for the trail, lighting, and landscaping. To accommodate the new amenities, potable water services are required. The Park is located within the utility service boundaries of the City. The Easements are required for the City to install and maintain their water utility infrastructure.
