Background/Explanation:

The County and City have had an ILA in place since April 6th, 2010, outlining terms for the City’s use of the Premises.

This new ILA continues the terms related to the Premises and clarifies the City’s janitorial and maintenance responsibilities of the public restrooms/shower towers located on the Premises. It also provides for the County to reimburse the City for costs for third-party contractors up to $20,000 for repairs to the restroom facilities.

Fiscal Impact:

Budgeted funds are sufficient to support up to $20,000.00 for qualified repairs under the new ILA. The Agreement is consistent with the FY24 Adopted Budget and FY25 Proposed Budget for the Parks and Conservation Resources Department, within the General Fund.
