•                     This Third Amendment was requested by Department of Administrative Services, in the amount of $250,000.00, for funding to ensure continued services through the contract expiration date.  County wide, additional trimming was and is required to ensure non-interference of assets.   The revised contract not-to-exceed amount is $1,097,500.00.

•                     This contract was originally awarded by the County Administrator on November 11, 2020, for a sixty-month duration in the amount of $610,725.00.  The First Amendment, approved by the County Administrator on April 13, 2021, added funding in the amount of $236,775.00 due to modified tree counts.  The Second Amendment, approved by the County Administrator on November 3, 2023, completed a contractor name change.

•                     Funding for this is sufficiently included in the FY25 Budget of the Department of Administrative Services, Parks and Conservation Resources, and Pinellas County Utilities in the General Fund, Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund, and Water Revenue and Operating Fund. The agreement includes the appropriate termination clauses should funding not be available.
