• The fourth Amendment acknowledges a corporate acquisition and name change to Delinea, Inc.
• This contract was approved by the County Administrator on March 13, 2019. On February 16, 2021, the Purchasing Director approved Amendment No. 1 with Fastpath, Inc. to provide audit trail and identity manager subscription services. On August 1, 2023, the Purchasing Director approved Amendment No. 2 for a name change from Fastpath, Inc. to Fastpath Solutions, LLC. On April 23, 2024, the Director of Purchasing approved Amendment No. 3 to provide for a twelve (12) month renewal.
• There is no fiscal impact associated with this Amendment.
Contract No. 178-0241-P in the current total expenditure not-to-exceed $470,998.75, through June 12, 2025.
