A completion surety was required to cover potential damage for temporary use of the Right-of-Way at 2201 Feather Sound Dr. Clearwater, FL.
The Public Works Department has inspected the site that was utilized for the event held at Feather Sound Country Club Women’s Golf Tournament and advised the restoration was found to be “satisfactory” The County is prepared to release the total amount of the Cash Surety in the amount of $10,000.00 to Premier Club Holdings, LLC.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact. Funds have been held in a surety account.
