Approval by the County Administrator of the rejection of bid submittal for the Mechanical Street Sweeper Lease.
• On March 18, 2024, an invitation to bid was solicited for the Mechanical Street Sweeper Lease resulting in one bid received.
• Rejection of bid is requested as the specifications were incomplete.
• This solicitation was intended to replace the expired contract no. 156-0003-B. A piggyback contract is in process as an interim solution until this can be rebid.
• There is no fiscal impact associated with this rejection of the sole bid received.
