Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the agreement with Herman Anderson d/b/a All Around Maintenance and Rehabs II, LLC for the maintenance and cleaning of retention ponds, drainage ditches, swales other storm water conveyances at various sites within the County.
• The purpose of this contract is to provide for the maintenance and cleaning of retention ponds, drainage ditches, swales other storm water conveyances at various sites within the County.
• Pricing is based on School Board of Pinellas County contract no. 24-968-033.
• This agreement will be effective through September 25, 2024, with a total not to exceed of $150,000.00.
• The requested funding is consistent and included in the FY24 Adopted budget included in the Public Works’ Stormwater and Vegetation - Planning and Engineering operating budget.
Contract No. 24-0618-PB approval with an expenditure not to exceed $150,000.00 effective thru September 25, 2024.
