Summary:

This amendment increases the contract by $206,231.82 and adds UPS maintenance and replacement services to eight additional County locations: 12490 Ulmerton, Largo,  315 Court St, Clearwater, 4100 Dunn Dr, Palm Harbor, 3563 Old Keystone Rd, Tarpon Springs, 22211 US Hwy 19 N Bldg 1, Clearwater, 10540 16th St N, St. Petersburg, Anderson Blvd, St. Petersburg, and 1430 2nd Ave N, St. Petersburg.

Background/Explanation:

The County Administrator approved the award of contract to Vertiv Corporation in the amount of $196,358.05 on May 25, 2023.

Fiscal Impact:

Approved three (3) year contract total not to exceed:  $196,358.05

First Amendment increase not to exceed                                        $ 206,231.82

Revised three (3) year expenditure not to exceed:      $ 402,589.87

Estimated annual expenditure not to exceed:              $134,196.62

Funding for this agreement is included in the FY24 Adopted Budget of the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) in the General Fund.

DAS has budgeted $108,130.00 for UPS battery maintenance and replacement services. This is lower than the proposed estimated annual average expenditure of $134,196.62 and the Department will need to adjust spending should expenditures exceed $108,130.00 in FY24.
