• This Second Amendment exercises the first of four twelve-month term extensions.
• On August 3, 2023, the County Administrator approved a twelve-month agreement with Wise Hands, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of $221,834.60. On October 29, 2023, the Division Director of Purchasing approved the First Amendment to revise Exhibit C- Payment Schedule to include an unspecified pay item and corresponding language with no change to agreement amount.
• The original $221,834.60 and the term extension amount of $221,834.60 are consistent and are included in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 Adopted budget and FY25 Request within the County Transportation Trust Fund.

Summary:
This Second Amendment exercises the first of four (4) twelve (12) month term extensions.
Services include but are not limited to providing and installing trees and other plant materials, mulching, staking, spraying of herbicides/pesticides and watering as and when required annually.
Background/Explanation:
On August 3, 2023, the County Administrator approved a twelve-month agreement with Wise Hands, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of $221,834.60.
On October 29, 2023, the Division Director of Purchasing approved the First Amendment to revise Exhibit C- Payment Schedule to include an unspecified pay item and corresponding language with no change to agreement amount.
