• The applicant submitted a cash bond in the amount of $29,932.76. This request is to release 80% or $23,946.20 of the surety and retain 20% or $5,986.56 as maintenance surety for a period of (18) months.

Background/Explanation:
A completion surety was required for work in the right-of-way at 963 Union St, Clearwater, FL 33755. The Public Works Department has inspected the site and advised the work was found to be completed satisfactorily and we will require an 18-month maintenance period. The permit will not be closed until the maintenance period is completed and the County is prepared to release $5,986.56 of the completion surety to applicant.
