• This contract provides annual maintenance and repair of access control and video systems for the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (Airport).
• This First Amendment Term Extension exercises one of the two twelve-month extensions and increases the contract by $157,500.00 for continued services.
• The original award was approved by the County Administrator on July 18, 2023, in the amount of $231,178.66 and included the term extension in the original contract award.
• Funding for this contract and amendment are included in the amount of $200,000 in the FY24 Adopted Budget and $200,000 more in the FY25 requested budget in the Airport Revenue and Operating Fund.
Contract No. 23-0369-ITB increase the contract amount by $157,500.00 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $388,678.66 with an estimated annual expenditure of $194,339.33, effective through July 18, 2025.Body
