Summary:

Summary

The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 7361 46th Avenue North, in unincorporated St. Petersburg.  In 2019, a Special Magistrate lien was imposed upon Vassan Properties, LLC as a result of an ongoing zoning violation.  The zoning violation is for numerous expansions in the use of the property inconsistent with the site plan.  The lien has not been satisfied and the violation continues to exist.  The property to be foreclosed upon is a commercial property.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
