Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt a resolution accepting the amended Countywide Plan Map.
• This action is taken annually to incorporate all the amendments made to the Countywide Plan Map throughout the year.
• An official record copy of the Countywide Plan Map for Fiscal Year 2023 is created.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each unanimously voted to recommend acceptance and filing of the Countywide Plan Map.
Direct the filing with the Clerk, as the official record copy.

Summary
The Countywide Rules provide for the annual update and filing of the Countywide Plan Map, which is maintained by Forward Pinellas. The Map has been updated to include all the amendments that have been approved by the Countywide Planning Authority through August 1, 2023, the last date of the fiscal year in which an amendment was adopted. In addition, this year’s map series also includes the new Submap No. 2, depicting the new subcategories of the Target Employment Center category, adopted effective August 21, 2023.
